Genmaicha Iced Tea:

Place 2 tablespoons Genmaicha in a large pitcher

Add approximately 1 litre of cool water into the pitcher and store in the fridge for 2 to 6 hours (depending on how strong you want the flavour)

Before serving stir the iced tea so that the flavour is equally distributed
Iced Houjicha:

Place 2 tablespoons Houjicha into a teapot

Add approximately 200ml of boiling water into the teapot and steep for 1 minute
