Cold Steep Ice Tea - Easy as 1, 2, 3!

With the weather warming up again, it's high time to get a tall glass of iced tea!

One of our favourite methods of brewing iced tea in large quantities is cold steeping, It's easy and fuss-free, so it's perfect for lazy summer days.

1. Put 2-3 teaspoons of your favourite tea in one of our Iced Tea Jugs.

2. Fill it up with cold water.

3. Leave it in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours). Done!

We're steeping Genmaicha right now (green tea mixed with roasted brown rice), but we love cold-steeping the Jin Jun Mei and the Korean Green too! The beauty of cold steeping is that you can add water again and reuse the same tea leaves for a few days, so you get really good value out of each teaspoon of leaves (along with really good iced tea).
