Pu erh - Bird's Nest (Chinese Tea)

I did a tasting of a Pu erh tea today. This tea is "black tea" by natural fermentation. It is always compressed & needs to age 5 years to loose it's astringency.
Taste: slightly sweet.
Aroma note: Earthy, note of liquorice.
It became a very fashionable tea due to studies that showed weight loss properties and its ability to lower cholesterol.
