How can I place an order?
You can add your desired items into the shopping cart. This can be done by clicking on the “add to cart” button below each individual product. If you want to change quantities you can do this by changing the quantities and clicking on the “recalculate” button. Items can be removed by changing the quantity to zero. Once you have finished with your choices you can click on the “checkout” button.
What are your payment options?
We accept online payments via Paypal and Google Checkout. You may also mail us a check - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand for more information.
How much is the shipping?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and take 5-10 days to deliver. If you place an order over the weekend or holiday then the order will go out the next business day. Shipping options for Canada are:
UPS Standard Ground - $15.00
UPS Expedited - $39.95
UPS Express - $49.95
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship to most countries. This can take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the country. Please email us with questions regarding international packages and we can tell you the best rate to your country.
Where's your phone number?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not yet offer a ordering or support by phone. If you have questions or problems placing an order, email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Can I send a gift to another person?
Yes, you can send the package to a different address by entering a new address in the shipping address. You can also select gift and then your product/s will be gift-wrapped at no additional charge.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a hard copy catalog. Our entire inventory, which is constantly growing and changing, can be found on this website.
Why do you want my email address?
We use email as our primary form of contact, and all order and shipping confirmations are sent by email. A monthly newsletter, as well as information on sales and specials, are sent to those customers who opt for them. We will never release your email to any third party.
Can I track my package?
Yes once the order has been shipped you will receive a message from us giving you the necessary information to track the order.
Why hasn't my international order arrived yet?
International shipments cannot be tracked, and are unfortunately variable in their arrival times. Such shipments usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but can take as long as 5-6. If your items have not arrived after this period, let us know and we will be happy to send replacements.
Can I return my order?
We want our customers to be happy with what they ordered. Please email us at: email@example.com and we will help you with any returns.
What is a restocking fee?
This is a fee of 33% to packages that are returned to us due to having received an incorrect address. This also applies if all delivery attempts were unsuccessful and the goods area returned to us.
