Iced Teas- Try Some Tea Recipes

Genmaicha Iced Tea:

  • Place 2 tablespoons Genmaicha in a large pitcher
  • Add approximately 1 litre of cool water into the pitcher and store in the fridge for 2 to 6 hours (depending on how strong you want the flavour)
  • Before serving stir the iced tea so that the flavour is equally distributed
Iced Houjicha:
  • Place 2 tablespoons Houjicha into a teapot
  • Add approximately 200ml of boiling water into the teapot and steep for 1 minute
  • Add ice cubes and enjoy
Matcha Smoothie:
  • Fill a 500ml cup with ice cubes
  • Add vanilla soymilk to the rim of the cup
  • In a blender combine the ice cubes vanilla soymilk with 28g sugar and 7g
  • Blend until smooth
